The situation
Propforce lists curated real estate. Anyone can register as an affiliate, a freelance agent, and earn a commission by selling those listings to interested buyers.
Affiliates spend their days out meeting clients, not at a desk. Working with the product team, I designed the key flows mobile-first, and backed them with a style guide and UI kit so the product stayed consistent as it grew.
What I did
- Ran user research and stakeholder interviews to understand how affiliates actually sell.
- Designed the key flows mobile-first, for agents on the move between viewings.
- Structured dense property information so it scans quickly on a small screen.
- Built a detailed style guide and UI kit so the visual language could scale without drifting.
